The design combines the superior functionality of a Kydex holster with an incredibly comfortable pad to give folks who want to carry 4 o’ clock IWB a safe, high-quality, hybrid-style holster. The full Kydex shell means there is no possibility of the holster collapsing and accidentally snagging the trigger when you reholster and the soft, breathable backer stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

IWB appendix carry is not for everyone, but carrying a full-sized duty handgun should be. We hope this holster helps accomplish that.

If you already have a T.REX Ironside Holster, no need to buy a totally new holster. You can turn your current OWB holster into a safe, comfortable IWB holster by simply removing the belt loops from your Ironside and using the hardware to install the backer, and you’ve got a high-quality 4 o’clock carry IWB holster.
