With almost 8 inches of snow and now freezing rain, things in Middle Tennessee are understandably moving very slowly. T.REX is no exception. Due to this inclement weather, we've been running on limited manpower and limited hours, all while USPS and UPS pickups have also been delayed. With all this happening, we wanted to provide some updates and give you a rough idea of what to expect if you've recently placed an order.

1) Tracking Received But No Update:

If you've received tracking information and it hasn't updated, then your package has been boxed and shipped, but not yet picked up by the carrier. We're expecting regular pickups to restart next week once road conditions have improved.

2) Order Placed But Not Yet Shipped:

If you've placed an order but haven't received any tracking, then it has not been packaged and shipped. Most orders should still be going out in their respective lead times, but we do expect a few edge cases that extend slightly past that.

3) Carrier Delays:

Unfortunately, this is the one we have the least control over. With orders piled up after all the delays, we're expecting some slower shipping times.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. Just know that we are working diligently to get through the backlog and get ahead of some of these delays. We hope everyone affected by this winter storm is staying warm and safe and ultimately enjoying the beautiful (albeit cold) winter weather.
