As the 2024 Presidential election quickly approaches, we thought it would be a good time to remind you that despite what the mainstream media is telling you, don’t panic. While it feels in many ways like a repeat of 2020, we’re confident that most people who endured the greatest effects of lockdowns, “mostly peaceful” protests, supply chain disruptions, and increased distrust in politics have awakened to the personal responsibility of self-defense, preparedness, community involvement, and decreasing reliance on the “system.”

However, if you’ve spent any time on social media over the last few months, you’ve been bombarded with political ads and rhetoric from both sides of the aisle regarding who is going to turn America around and make this country great again. At the same time, doom and gloom are presented in the forms of foreign wars, natural disasters, and increasing threats of random street violence from the mass influx of border crossers. While all these threats and devastating events are very real and occurring seemingly daily now, again, we would remind you, don’t panic, even if it’s simply for the sake of not giving in to what “they” want you to do, no matter who “they” are.

The days ahead may be filled with uncertainty, but we’re confident that you are taking the necessary steps to prepare yourself, your family, and your community. In any crisis or critical incident, the best course of action is to always take a deep breath, step back, analyze the playing field, and make calculated and strategic steps toward resolution. Whether it’s buying ammo, upgrading your kit, or saving up for a generator and water storage, stay calm, be intentional, be strategic, and be prepared.

This marathon has no shortcuts, and there are no predictions as to what events we may be faced with, only the calm assurance that God is sovereign and we will all strive to run this race well.
